    Mr. Holtz has developed projects that include national tenants such as Staples, Citibank, Starbucks, CVS, Wawa, Wilmington Trust, Shoprite, Men’s Warehouse, FedEx Kinkos, and Raymour Flanigan. In addition, he principally negotiates all external financing with third-party lenders.

    Gary focuses on investments, both private and public, and tax planning and compliance for Provco and its customers. Gary received a B.S. degree in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. degree in taxation from Villanova University.

  • David Holtz

    David serves as part of Provco’s executive management team responsible for managing certain investment activities, and various accounting and treasury functions. Prior to joining Provco in 2012, David served as Chief Financial Officer and Interim President of Nucryst Pharmaceuticals Corp from 2008 to 2010. David served on the management team of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp in various capacities including Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, Vice President, Finance, and Controller for 13 years through 2006. David has been a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Dynatronics since 2015.

  • Michael Cooley

    Michael Cooley has been developing real estate since 1998 and joined the Provco team in 2003. Michael’s core focus is sourcing retail land development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic markets as a preferred developer for our regional and national clients. Michael oversees the entire cycle of the acquisition and land development process including site identification, project underwriting, contract and lease negotiations, engineering design, entitlements, and property management.

  • Chuck Coker

    Chuck has over 35 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, working for a number of national and global retail companies. He joined the Provco Team in 2019 and is responsible for managing all aspects of the real estate development process, from sourcing new opportunities and land acquisition to negotiating land purchase contracts, securing land development approvals and managing the design and construction process.

  • Kent Silvers

    In addition to his role as commercial developer for the company, Mr. Silvers acts as the company’s chief legal advisor. Mr. Silvers is responsible for all transactional work associated with the structuring, formation, documentation and negotiation of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.

  • Jeff Brydzinski

    Jeff is responsible for overseeing, managing, and advising on all legal aspects of the real estate development process. This includes acquiring new properties; navigating land use and zoning approvals; preparing contractual and leasing documents; securing financing and insurance; working with the design, construction, and maintenance teams; and handling all claims and/or litigation matters. Jeff also administers the corporate governance, general corporate affairs, and office operations of Provco’s portfolio companies and venture finance business.

  • Robert Shirley

    Mr. Shirley supports Provco’s search for office, industrial, and retail acquisitions. Rob also assists with redevelopment opportunities along with his leasing responsibilities within Provco’s portfolio. He joined Provco in 2006 and has been involved in commercial real estate development, leasing, and acquisitions for the past 20+ years.

  • Teona Gatseleria, MS, MBA

    DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING

    Teona ensures the adherence to accounting and reporting policies, including overseeing general ledger functions, planning, coordinating the year-end process, and ensuring successful completion of the company's tax filings. Additionally, her role involves training and supervising the accounting staff. Teona has over ten years of experience in accounting, financial and ad-hoc reporting in the legal, insurance, and telecommunications industries.

  • Brian Alderfer

    Brian has been in Commercial Property Management for over 30 and holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers License.

    Brian is the Property Management lead, responsible for tenant communication, lease compliance and payables. He oversees project operations including, inspections, budget implementation, maintenance, vender contracts, and municipal compliance.

    Manages Capital and Tenant improvements, coordinate budgeting, permitting, and third party contractors.

  • Mike Flynn

    ACCOUNTANT
    PROVCO GROUP

    Mike supports property management accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

    His responsibilities include monthly bank account reconciliation; credit card accounts management and reconciliation; financial statements review and analysis to verify and eliminate any reporting inconsistencies.

    Mike has over ten years of accounting experience in the public and private sectors.
