The founding member of The Provco Group: Dr. Caruso founded Integra Lifesciences Holding Corporation, a NASDAQ listed company, in 1989 and served as its
Chairman from March 1992 until January 2012 and as a director since March 1992. He was Integra’s Chief Executive Officer from March, 1992 to December, 1997 and President from September, 1995 to December, 1997.
President of Provco Real Estate and Vice President of Provco Ventures: Mr. Holtz has developed projects that include such national tenants as Staples, Citibank, Starbucks, CVS, Wawa, Wilmington Trust, Shoprite, Men’s Warehouse, Fed EX Kinkos, and Raymour Flanigan. In addition, he principally negotiates all external financing with third-party lenders.
Vice President of Provco Real Estate: In addition to his role as commercial developer for the company, Mr. Silvers acts as the company's chief legal advisor. Mr. Silvers is responsible for all transactional work associated with the structuring, formation, documentation and negotiation of acquisitions dispositions, leasing and development.
Vice President of Real Estate Development at Provco Real Estate: Michael Cooley has been developing real estate since 1998 and joined the Provco team in 2003. Michael’s core focus is sourcing retail land development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic markets as a preferred developer for our regional and national clients. Michael oversees the entire cycle of the acquisition and land development process including site identification, project underwriting, contract and lease negotiations, engineering design, entitlements, construction and property management.
Vice President of Provco Group: focusing on investments ,both private and public, and tax planning and compliance for Provco and its customers.Gary received a B.S. degree in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. degree in taxation from Villanova University.
Vice President of the Provco Group: responsible for maintaining the accounting systems for Provco’s commercial restate and other investment portfolios while providing financial management oversight for various portfolio companies. Prior to joining Provco in 2012, David held several financial officer positions with Nucryst Pharmaceuticals and Integra LifeSciences Holdings.
