We negotiated and closed on commercial transactions involving private placement equity investments, leases, long term debt financings and real estate development in excess of $500,000,000. We pursue retail land development opportunities in the tri-state area and work closely with townships, redevelopment groups and applicable governmental authorities to secure entitlements necessary to build single and multi-tenant centers.
